“The Art of Kicking and Punching”
Locations: Warren and Clinton
Pee Wees: Ages 4.5 to 6. Our goal is to introduce our youngest martial artists to some basic techniques in an exciting, fun atmosphere where we challenge them to use focus, balance and self-control. Pee Wees meet once a week.
Juniors: Ages 7 to 12. Our Juniors program covers all aspects of Taekwondo including advanced kicks and punches while perfecting the basics and working their way to a Black Belt.
Teens: Ages 13 to 17. Our Teens program covers all aspects of Taekwondo including advanced kicks and punches while perfecting the basics and working their way to a Black Belt.

Juniors: Ages 9 to 14. Our Juniors program offers an intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Teens: Ages: 15 to 17. Our Teens program covers all aspects of grappling, including throws and takedowns, pins and positions, and submissions.

“The Art of the Sword”
Juniors: Ages 9 to 14. Our Juniors program will learn the fundamentals of Haidong Gumdo with a beginner Makgum-Wooden practice sword.
Teen: Ages 14 to 17. Our Teens program covers all aspects of Haidon Gumdo including advanced techniques such as paper cutting, throw cutting and bamboo cutting.
