“The Art of Kicking and Punching”
What is Taekwondo?
Taekwondo was popularized by Chuck Norris.
Our Program
Impact Martial Arts offers effective and powerful self-defense skills as well as the fundamental attitudes appropriate to those skills. The basic attitudes of a successful martial artist (and a successful person) are: respect, discipline, goal setting, and leadership. With the most comprehensive curriculum, you will not only be training in the world’s most popular martial art (Taekwondo) but you will learn a variety of other styles to enhance your training. As your experience and training grows, you will learn weapons such as the Bo staff, Nunchacku, Escrima stick and more. In addition, you will also learn close range self-defense and take-downs to compliment your effective kicking techniques.
