Blue Collar
Instructors
The blue collar on these instructors represents the maturing process and optimism as the instructor helps students reach for the sky and new heights. Probationary Black Belt or higher, they must be proficient with all material up to their current rank. Blue Collars duties include: working with small groups, class warm ups, and applying some teaching concepts. All assistants have been in the instructor program for at least two years.
